What Are Your Delivery Options + Charges?

Currently Watson & Bros. only delivers within the Auckland area. This is to ensure every Watson & Bros. giftbox is hand delivered, perfectly packaged and arrives on time. We do plan to extend our services nationwide and are scouting for courier partners, so watch this space!

Watson & Bros. offers free next-day delivery to:

 - Auckland City

 - Waitakere City

 - North Shore City

 - Manukau City

For those a bit further out, we charge an additional $5 delivery fee for:

 - Papakura District

 - Rodney District

- Franklin District

Do You Deliver On Saturdays/After Hours?

Yes, Saturday delivery is available within the Auckland region for an additional $10 delivery fee. If you would like a Saturday delivery simply choose the 'Saturday' delivery option.

 

We also offer After-Hours delivery options by request for an additional $10 delivery fee.

Can I Track My Delivery?

Yes, orders delivered outside of Auckland by our courier partners offer tracking. However, as our team hand-delivers every gift hamper within Auckland, the option to track is not available.

Is It Possible To Customise A Giftbox?

Absolutely! We are happy to help you create the perfect giftbox, our DIY service lets you pick the products you would like, and our team will design a custom Giftbox just for you. See DIY for more information.

Can I Add A Personal Message To A Giftbox?

Of course! You can add a personal message in the comment box prior to checkout. Just tell us what you want to say and we'll handwrite your personal message on a custom gift card for no extra charge.

I Need A Last Minute Gift, Can You Help?

Watson & Bros. offers a number of options for those in need of a last minute gift, such as, after-hours delivery and Saturday delivery. If you need something sooner, or delivered at a particular time, you can contact our team directly at info@watsonandbrosgifts.co.nz and we will do our best to accomodate you.

What Options Do You Offer For Corporate Clients?

Watson & Bros. offers corporate gift solutions for every occasion. We work directly with corporate clients to design unique giftboxes that reflect a brand's image and values. We also work closely with our partners to offer custom branded packaging and bespoke privately labelled products. See Corporate for more information and to contact our team. 

Do You Sell Beer/Wine?

Not yet, but we're working on it! In the meantime if you have any brand or product recommendations or requests, drop us a line and we'll get onto it. 

Are Your Products Perishable?

Yes, otherwise we would only be able stock our giftboxes with Twinkies. However, we abide by a strict sixty day expiration policy to make sure you have plenty of time to enjoy the contents of your giftbox (except for products that traditionally expire within sixty days, i.e. marshmallows). 

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept payments via Paypal. Please note that Watson & Bros. can not see, nor store, your credit card information as we use secure third party payment partners.

How Secure Is My Credit Card Details On Your Website?

We use Paypal to process credit card payments, which is a Level 1 Service Providers (the highest rating). If you are still nervous about handing over your digits, we are happy to provide our bank account details for direct transactions.
